Major. R. S. Bhatnagar (Retd.) served 20 years in the armed forces before taking voluntary retirement in 1978. He analyzed the market and found that the Real Estate Services were woefully inadequate and not organised in a professional manner. Hence, he felt that this vital service to the society should be filled with professionalism that would lend credibility and build trust in this field. Accordingly, he chose this stream and formed a company called M/s. Bhatnagar Enterprises.
With a few years of experience and to a large and growing client base, Maj. Bhatnagar along with other chosen estate agents formed The Estate Agents Association Of Pune (EAAP) in 1985 where he was elected as the founding President. The Association had 9 members. After in-depth study of articles of various Estate Agents Association, and combining them with his experience, he put together the Memorandum of the Association and registered the Association. Today the EAAP has grown to a membership of over 150.
During the years Bhatnagars Real Estate firm grew to and stepped into property development, interior designing, property management, and landscaping.
Today with vast experience in the real estate and a large number of satisfied companies and individual Major Bhatnagars has made Bhatnagars a leading, and trusted name in Pune’s Real Estate.
